A leading End of Life healthcare provider, aimed to generate credible future scenarios that would define what patient care could look like from 2025 onwards.

The objective was to conceptualise novel value propositions that could attract additional resources for more in-depth exploration regarding their feasibility,
viability, and desirability.

Amidst systemic hurdles like staffing shortages and budget constraints, the demand for healthcare continues to surge.

The pivotal question arose: "What is the future of patient care?" The objective was to identify disruptive business models and emerging technologies to revolutionise patient outcomes.

With this foundation, we embraced the mindset of the fiercest competitor; we explored how patient care could be delivered if Healthcare Co. were a new company—unleashing budget, resources, and freedom to innovate [and with no legacy brand, reputation and politics to put up barriers].

We developed five compelling business concepts, paving
the way for deeper exploration.

This foresight and the birth of new business concepts unlocked fresh pathways for the organisation to explore, setting the stage for continued innovation and growth in the dynamic healthcare landscape.
